Yes. PDF and Excel export is in every plan. Your data is yours; we provide a one-click full export at any time including project metadata and AI history.
Anthropic Claude on a three-tier policy: Haiku 4.5 for fast classifications, Sonnet 4.6 for default chat and drafting, Opus 4.7 for build-quotation, drawing analysis, and any multi-step task. We meter compute as 'AI hours' so heavy work is priced fairly.
No. Anthropic's API is configured for zero data retention. We do not store transcripts beyond the request. We do not sell or share your project data with anyone, full stop.
You keep read-only access to your data for 90 days for export. After that, data is purged. No fees to leave, no clawbacks.
SOC 2 Type II is in progress with our auditor. ISO 27001 is on the roadmap. We will not pretend we have what we do not. If you need a vendor assessment now, contact security@sitequant.co.uk and we will share what we can.
