SiteQuant is an AI-powered platform designed for Quantity Surveyors. The Service provides contract analysis, cost estimation, document review, and related tools. The outputs generated by the Service are intended as professional aids and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties.
• Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of SiteQuant Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data or documents you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, estimates, and recommendations. These outputs are provided on an "as is" basis and do not constitute professional advice. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified before use in any professional or contractual context.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteQuant Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
